About Me
My mom served as a hospice nurse, so I was exposed to death early on in life. I followed in her footsteps in healthcare and received my Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from Colorado State University. For almost 20 years as an OT, I have enjoyed being able to rehabilitate individuals to live their life to their fullest.
Recognizing the strong connection between occupational therapy, health, wellness, and longevity, I became a Pilates Instructor to proactively educate and train for injury prevention, with a focus on balance and fall prevention.
I became a Certified End-of-Life Doula to provide support, empowerment, and organization to those looking to the horizon and thinking about what they want to fulfill in their life and how to best prepare themselves and their loved ones for their eventual death. Full Circle Consulting and Care was created to educate and empower individuals, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to be better prepared for many of life’s transitions.
